Beard’s Flavour of the Month was created in partnership with Adam Moran (BeardMeatsFood), one of the biggest competitive eating creators not just in the UK, but globally. With a huge audience built around food, we saw an opportunity to take what he’s known for and turn it into something new. Adam’s ability to eat a serious amount of food means he can experience and showcase almost the entire menu in one sitting, giving viewers a genuine, well-rounded look at what a place has to offer rather than just a couple of dishes.

The channel focuses on unique food experiences across the UK, not just great food but places that offer something different. From a production point of view, we combine high-end filmmaking with a strong understanding of YouTube, creating content that feels cinematic but is built to perform, reach a wide audience, and keep people watching.

Since launching in October 2025, Beard’s Flavour of the Month has grown to over 590,000 subscribers, generating 14 million+ views across 6 main channel videos. This level of traction from a small number of uploads shows how well the concept is landing with audiences.
