Every year, BeardMeatsFood releases a Christmas single in support of the Stroke Association. For 2024, we partnered with Adam (aka BMF) to direct and produce the full music video for Apple Pie—his most successful charity campaign to date. Directed by Joshua Blewitt and produced by the Production Haus team, we handled everything from pre-production to final delivery. The brief was simple: make it fun, make it polished, and make sure it gets seen. It hit 1.6 million views and counting.

Project overview

Shot in a café setting with a full crew, the video follows Adam as he hunts for the perfect dessert. He’s tried everything on the menu but nothing hits the spot—until he spots the chef writing “pie” on the chalkboard while snacking on an apple. That’s it. That’s what he wants. Just as he finally orders his dream dessert, it’s delivered to the wrong table—straight to fellow content creator and BMF crew member Josh Gudgeon. The result is a fun, visual story packed with character and festive charm. This was a full-service music video production, created to raise funds and awareness for the Stroke Association. The cause is close to home for Adam, whose father passed away following a stroke. Our job was to support that mission with a high-quality film that could cut through the Christmas noise. All production was handled in-house. Photography by Thomas Blewitt.
